David officially began preaching at age 19 under the tutelage of his Dad/Pastor and later became the youth pastor. David is happily married 33 years to his wife April, the father of four sons, two daughters, two daughters-in-love & seven grandchildren. David serves on the Pastoral staff and servant leadership team for The Kingdom Church. He is the Founder, President & CEO (Chief Encouragement Officer) for CORPORATE CARE PARTNERS, LLC, a company that provides Chaplaincy services for companies and organizations. Academically, Pastor Outing has a B.S. in Organizational Management and a Master’s in Strategic Leadership.
In terms of community service, Pastor Outing is the President of the Central Florida Lions Youth Sports Ministry, a level 3 sports organization with AAU, which serves youth 4-14. Chaplain Outing is also a volunteer Chaplain with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, and served on numerous boards including the Jobs Partnership of Florida, Tangelo Park & the South Orlando YMCA, and One Church One Child of Florida which was an appointment by Governor Bush in December 2001 in partnership with the Department of Children and Families.
Additionally Pastor Outing is a Board Advisor for Restoration Ministries for Women, Board Advisor for Choices Women’s Clinic, Board Advisor for Samaritan’s Village (helping women escape sex trafficking), Board Advisor for the Africa Windmill Project (Economic Development in Malawi), and a College Lecturer at Seminole State College & Palm Beach University.
Pastor Outing is a 2016 Gotham Fellowship graduate (9 month Christ-centered executive coaching program), a 2010 Lifework Leadership graduate (a Christ-centered 8 month leadership program), but most of all a man that loves the Lord with a life mission to be a man of integrity both publicly and especially privately.
